 Rolling Service 625

  The Stormtite 625 Series is an insulated, heavy-duty rolling service door that is an ideal choice for applications requiring a moderate level of thermal protection. Designed in sizes up to 30' wide and 28' high (9144mm and 8534mm), these doors are constructed with a CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Vinyl weatherstripping on the bottom bar, exterior curtainside guide and hood baffle provides additional protection against air infiltration.

  The 610 Series and Stormtite™ 620 Series are suitable for heavy-duty commercial applications. The 620 Series doors are similar to the 610 Series, but are furnished with weatherstripping on the exterior side of the guides, on the bottom bar and in the hood baffle. Weatherseals for the interior side of guides or hood lintel are available as options. The Stormtite door system features a steel curtain with flat-profile slats. Aluminum and stainless steel slats are optionally available.

  The 615 and 616 Series rolling service doors offer an attractive, durable option to fit door openings up to 16' wide and 16' high (4877mm and 4877). The 615 and 616 Series are differentiated by their slat profiles and weatherseal options. The 615 Series is offered with curved slats and vinyl weatherstripping on the bottom bar. The flat-slat 616 Series, with weatherstripping on the bottom, exterior curtain-side guides and internal hood, is better suited for applications where minimizing air infiltration is a consideration.

The 655, 656, 657 and 658 Series combine an attractive finished appearance with the convenience of a factory-assembled unit. These non-rated (click here for fire-rated counter doors) feature a high-quality 16-gauge steel or stainless steel frame, hood and fascia complemented by a 14-gauge sill. Available to fit openings up to 12´ wide and 4´ high (2743mm and 1219mm), these rolling counter doors have a variety of applications, including food service areas.

Fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections, 14-gauge universal guides, and steel bottom bar angle, the 790CW is a strong and durable door.   The 780CD rolling sheet door is designed to fit openings up to 16' by 16' (4877 mm by 4877 mm) with ease, versatility, and good looks. The 780CD is designed for heavy-usage environments where a high windload-rated door is not required. Like the 790CW, this heavy-duty door is fabricated of high strength, 26-gauge galvanized steel curtain sections for superior performance. It also features Overhead Door Corporation's innovative quick-connect components that allow quick and easy assembly without sacrificing stability or durability. Stepped counterbalance rings and a unique curtain profile minimize nesting. The universal guide design further simplifies installation by allowing mounting directly to concrete, masonry, steel or wood jambs. Additional standard features such as dual rub strips on both edges of guide and a vinyl strip on both front edges of the curtain to minimize nesting ensure that the 780CD will provide long-lasting, lower-cost performance for years to come.

Like the other doors of our rolling sheet door line, this 26-gauge door features quick-connect components that simplify and speed installation while ensuring door sturdiness. Stepped counterbalance rings and a unique curtain profile ensure a tight curtain wrap resulting in a smooth operating door and minimal nesting. A host of other standard features from standard roller bearings and dual rub strips on both guide edges and both front edges of the curtain further promote smooth operation and longer life. Available in 14 standard colors, the 770SS represents a good choice and a good value.
